End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance
This agreement governs use of supplylink.shop and the software tools operated by Supply Link Corporation ("Supply Link", "we", "us"), including our parts catalog, customer account pages, and internal business applications. By using the site or these tools, you accept these terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site and tools for legitimate business purposes connected with Supply Link, such as browsing the catalog, checking fitment, placing orders, and reviewing your account. No other rights are granted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system, share access links or passcodes issued to your business with anyone outside it, scrape or bulk-copy catalog data, reverse-engineer the software, or interfere with the site's operation.
4. Catalog & Pricing
Catalog listings, availability, and pricing are provided for convenience and may contain errors or change without notice. All orders are subject to confirmation by Supply Link.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, software, branding, and content are owned by Supply Link Corporation or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Using the site does not transfer any ownership to you.
6. Third-Party Services
Our tools integrate with third-party services, including Intuit's QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. How we handle data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supply Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or tools at any time, including for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
